El Comité decidió convocar un grupo de trabajo intergubernamental de composición abierta para reflexionar sobre los procedimientos para la eliminación de un elemento de una Lista y la transferencia de un elemento de una Lista a otra, la naturaleza y los propósitos de las Listas y el Registro establecido bajo la Convención y la pertinencia de los distintos criterios para cada uno de estos mecanismos, entre otros temas.
