Describe the main features of the measure/initiative:
ALMAMOR is an association of the Timorese musician, emerging to summon up all talented and musical artists in national territory, to be organized. The aims of the initiative are as below:
1. providing Advocacy for all singers;
2. working on to obtain the legal basis in defending the copyright of artists;
3. hold seminars in order to hearing, get suggestions and recommendations from musicians, regarding to the caree;r
4. hold concerts for Timorese legendary artist; and
5. Register the artistic labor of the musicians;
