The X UCCN Annual Meeting took place in Östersund, Sweden, from 14 to 16 September 2016. This event gathered over 250 participants, including 22 mayors, representing nearly 100 Creative Cities. This was the largest meeting in the Network’s history, which is now, as one knows, made up of 116 cities from 54 countries worldwide.

From 14 to 16 September 2016, Östersund, designated in 2010 as UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, in the Region of Jämtland Härjedalen, Sweden, will welcome the UCCN members to the UNESCO Creative Cities Network Xth Annual Meeting.

Jamtli Christmas Fair in Östersund is one of Europe's most charming Christmas Fairs, which will take place on the week-end of the 4th to 6th December, 2015.
It is something of a must for young and old alike.
The historical buildings at Jamtli (open air museum) create a wonderful setting together with darkness, fire and snow.
