Les ressources culturelles contribuent au développement durable dans les neuf pays couverts par l'UNESCO pour l'Afrique australe (ROSA) et nos bureaux de Maputo et Windhoek.
L'UNESCO ROSA cherche à promouvoir la diversité culturelle en encourageant et en facilitant la sauvegarde du patrimoine culturel matériel et immatériel. En outre, le bureau plaide pour la reconnaissance du rôle de la culture dans le développement aux niveaux mondial, régional et national.
