Rules of Procedure of the General Assembly of States Parties to the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage

Adopted by the General Assembly of States Parties to the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage at its first session in June 2006 and amended at:

  • its second session (June 2008),
  • its fifth session (June 2014),
  • its ninth session (July 2022).

All the terms used in these Rules to designate the person discharging duties, mandates or functions shall be interpreted as implying that men and women are equally eligible to fill any post or seat associated with the discharge thereof.
