The Agreement under its Article 12 notably foresees that "the parties promote the exchange of information in the field of cultural industries and the implementation of joint projects in this area."
Moreover, article 17 provides that the cooperation between the parties in the fields of education, science, youth, culture and sports includes the following forms:
* exchange among writers, creative persons, artists, soloists and art groups, as well as cultural specialists;
* participation in cultural events and international art festivals in both countries, as well as in book exhibitions and literary gatherings;
* exchange of audiovisual materials, radio and television programs intended for educational and cultural purposes in accordance with the national legislation of each party.
