This international symposium, organized jointly by the Observatoire de la culture et des communications and the UNESCO Institute for Statistics (UIS), will together experts in statistics and researchers from around the world in order to examine the issues, methods, practices and innovations surrounding the production of statistics on digitized cultural products and in particular in regards to the production of official statistics. Danielle Cliche, Secretary of the 2005 Convention, will moderate the Session 9: “Measuring the diversity of cultural expressions in the digital age”.
