The project objectives are not well stated, no clear mission of the project applicant.Applicant is unaware of other regional, national project from which this project can complement. Thus, making a pre selection panel to find the applicant not being a significant stakeholders in the culture sector (local/nationally/internationally

The project is not pre-selected because the applicant has not shown any activities implemented by the organization using its own source or from previous funding.

4.1. Quels sont actuellement les principaux besoins et priorités de votre pays en termes de politiques culturelles et/ou d’industries culturelles ?:

Cultural policy statement requires the means and strategies to be identified in order to enable culture to contribute in the economic development which include among other things promotion of cultural industries, protection of copyright, education, training and capacity building at large (cultural policy 1997, section 7.3(1-3))

4.2. De quelle manière les objectifs de cette proposition de projet présélectionnée répondent-ils aux besoins et aux priorités actuelles du pays en termes de politiques et/ou d’industries culturelles ?:

While the current needs of the country is to create felicity environment through various means and strategies from which culture can contribute in the economic development. The project objectives are not well stated to contribute in the realization of the country needs.

4.3. Dans quelle mesure pensez-vous que cette proposition de projet présélectionnée aura un impact sur les politiques et/ou industries culturelles du pays ?:

The project is not pre-selected because the objective of the project do not reflect implementation of the policy statement which guide means and strategies for the creative industries to thrive.
