As part of the follow-up to Resolution 40 C / Res.40 of the General Conference, UNESCO is organizing a collective intelligence workshop with the aim of providing food for thought on the complexity of the challenged linked to the multifaceted heritage of slavery in the contemporary world.

This workshop will therefore not aim to bring out practical turnkey solutions. It will have a more fundamental and epistemological aim, aiming to question our uses and our representations of the past, present and future around the triptych "slavery, race and inequalities". The material produced by this workshop will therefore constitute the theoretical cement of the strategic framework being prepared.

This workshop is closed to the public.
