Describe the main features of the policy/measure: 
In April 2019, the State Committee on Family, Women and Children, in cooperation with the Azerbaijan State Copyright Agency, held a round table on "Women in Innovation and Creativity: a Leading Force for Change", whose main purpose was to draw attention to the role of women in innovation and creativity, as well as discuss what measures are needed to support innovative and creative women, their social status, employment and income-generating mechanisms. The round table discussed the issues in addressing the challenges of the increased role of women in development different areas of creativity (such as cinema, music, literature, art, fashion, design, etc.), where they redefine and expand the boundaries of artistic and creative expressions. The event also presented a dedicated report on "Women in Innovation and Creativity" prepared by the Azerbaijan State Copyright Agency.
What are the results achieved so far through the implementation of the policy/measure?: 
The event has resulted in the greater awareness of government and non-governmental organizations of the role played by women in developing artistic expressions, as well as allowed sharing experience and data produced by international organizations including by UNESCO within the framework of the implementation of the 2005 Convention.
