The Sultanate seeks to support book industries by participating in regional and international book fairs, to introduce Omani culture and outcome of intellectual and literary production of Omani writers and authors. The Ministry translates some of these production to English language.

* Introducing Omani literary and cultural production at the international level.
* Introducing the Sultanate's efforts and its intellectuals internationally.
