Fostering Ocean Research to combat climate change and other ocean stressors is crucial to achieving SDG 14, maintaining ocean services . Main actions under this activity will include the support the implementation and coordination of Ocean Decade programmes addressing multiple ocean stressors, in particular the Global Ocean Oxygen Decade (GOOD) and the Ocean Acidification Research for Sustainability (OARS) and Blue Carbon.
