Practical handbook on periodic reporting with a self-learning tool on the Overall results framework for the implementation of the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage

The General Assembly of the 2003 Convention at its seventh session approved the Convention's Overall results framework, as well as transitioned towards a regional cycle of periodic reporting. Latin America and the Caribbean and Europe were the first to implement this regional reporting mechanism with the enhanced capacity building provided by the Secretariat. To further enhance this support, a practical handbook and a self-learning tool are foreseen to be developed. The handbook would aim to address the practical needs of the country focal points in the preparation of their periodic reports, while the self-learning tool would aim to familiarize relevant actors with the ORF.
