For the biennium 2022/2023, UNESCO-UNEVOC will continue to facilitate institutions to a shift towards a more inclusive, gender-equal and hands-on approach to help create effective TVET systems and approaches that are designed to address the needs of a broad range of TVET stakeholders, as well as the specific needs of vulnerable groups in low-income and lower-middle-income countries. As a main contribution to UNESCO's medium-term strategy (41 C/5) and UNESCO's new TVET Strategy (2022-2029), UNESCO-UNEVOC will deliver capacity building interventions, provide institutional support and facilitate contributions of the UNEVOC Network to research and information sharing initiatives.
