This area of activity will focus on providing technical support for the reforms of higher education systems at national level to ensure equitable access to Quality HE systems aligned with national development strategies meant the implementation of the ED2030 agenda. It will address also governance and quality assurance in higher education in view of implementing SDG4 and its target 4.3. Also, the post COVID strategies will be dealt with as appropriate.
