UNESCO Almaty has a number of projects under development, for which the discussions with the donors/funding sources are advanced. The Office will need financial support to be able to field fact-finding missions, hire consultants to support the development of the proposals and translate the proposals into Russian for the ease of reference of the country authorities. UNESCO Almaty is in the process of mobilizing funds for the following projects: 1. "Shared Heritage and Shared Prosperity for Peace" 2. "Inclusive green and digital economy n Tajikistan" 3. "Transboundary groundwater resources management in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan".
