At its 196th session, the Executive Board endorsed the Knowledge Management & Information and Communication Technology (KM & ICT) Strategy. It expressed its satisfaction with the progress made so far and recognized the need for a considerable targeted investment to fully implement the KM & ICT strategy. At the 197th session, five KM & ICT projects were proposed as part of the Invest for Efficient Delivery plan, as these investments could not be absorbed under the 38 C/5 Regular Budget. The Executive Board approved the initial phases of the Invest for Efficient Delivery plan.
