The project seek at strengthening site managers and employees skills in operational management of cultural assets, as well as in the adoption and implementing of guidelines for heritage operational management and quality control. It further looks at improving site interpretation and presentation, expanding the information and learning experience with multi-sources stories and information, as well as promoting youth participation in volunteering programmes towards site management.
