CapED will roll-out in 10 CapED countries a pilot approach aiming at equipping beneficiary countries with the capacities and tools to align SDG 4 into their national plans and priorities. The approach will have with two interlinked components. One relates to the identification of policy priorities and gaps in relation to SDG 4 and the other to improving national monitoring data and information systems for SDG 4.
