Promoting the right to education of people with disabilities in Latin America

In partnership with the Ministry of Education and Professional Development of Spain, which hosts the Red Intergubernamental Iberoamericana de Cooperación para la Educación de Personas con Necesidades Educativas Especiales (RIINEE) the project focuses on strengthening inclusive education in RIINEE Member States to ensure the right to education of people with disabilities. The project achieves the above through policy dialogue, development and cooperation among RIINEE Member States, fostering exchange and adaptation of good practices, supported by knowledge production and monitoring pertaining to inclusive education and the status of the right to education of people with disabilities.
