The project offers to establish a Culture Hub in L'viv, Ukraine, make it sustainable and operational, as well as run a series of pilot activities to strengthen the capacity of government actors at all levels, professionals and stakeholders in the cultural and creative industries, as well as for the communities. The Culture Hub will be a unique venue, conceptualized to serve as a centre of excellence for capacity-building in the field of culture and cultural policy research. It will serve also as a platform to demonstrate the role of culture as a source of resilience and recovery for the communities, in line with the strategic vision of the Ukraine's National Recovery Plan.
