This Project will enhance the capacities of CCSs to promote inclusive, fair and sustainable socio-economic development in the Region, and to improve reconciliation and good neighbourly relations. Main thematic areas of intervention will be cultural heritage, intercultural dialogue, and creativity. The project will offer a systemic, effective and viable approach to enable progress across governance, policy and operational frameworks, by combining advice for policy improvement with data for informed decision-making, capacity-building, support to public-private partnerships, networking and funding opportunities.
