Based on the ground-breaking experience developed by the Bureau in 2015-2019, the present intersectoral activity will support capacity-building on the management of "UNESCO designated sites" for sustainable development (in this context intended as including World Heritage properties, MAB Biosphere Reserves, UNESCO Creative Cities Network, Global Geoparks, and elements form UNESCO ICH Lists and Register), strengthening their contribution to implement the 2030 Agenda.
