Agency Fees of the project - Strengthening Education Sector Capacity to Facilitate Access to Quality Education Service Delivery in Afghanistan

During the reporting period from April 2023 to June 2023: A human resource plan and terms of reference for each position were developed. The project workplan with clear timeline for implementation of planned activities was developed. A risk register for the project was developed guiding the operationalization of the project. Market research was conducted, and documents for the identification of implementing partners for the project were prepared. UNESCO engaged with the M&E members on how to coordinate in the implementation of the project. The project organized an education strategic thematic working group under the Afghanistan Coordination Group in Doha.
