The present project has the purpose to give support to the Ministry of Education and the Brazilian Hospital Services in its primary mission to create appropriate technical conditions for teaching and research in healthcare in hospitals linked to the Brazilian federal universities network. These conditions are created by actions of physical, technological and human resources restructuration and especially creating the management model, seeking the excellence in the provision of health care services and the need to make them suitable for undergraduate training practice scenarios and specialists.
