The Project aims to investigate new ICT-based educational environment and promote new competencies of the 21st century schools by identifying, piloting and supporting emerging approaches and practices used in technology-mediated school education. Project beneficiaries will include education policy- and decision-makers; teachers and ICT professionals from schools; a larger community of educators and students. Project activities will cover a wide range of issues in the area of transforming educational paradigm and strengthening school capacities for emerging a new ICT-based educational environment. UNESCO ASPnet and innovative schools in targeted countries will be involved in the project.
