The Asia Pacific Coalition of Cities Against Discrimination (APCAD) is the region's chapter of the global ICCAR network. Over the past two years UNESCO has been working with the lead city Gwangju (ROK) to revitalise the network. This biennium will focus on strengthening the network and two pilot projects promoting inclusion in cities.
