In the framework of 41 C5 Output 9 CI.6, UNESCO, in cooperation with the Category 2 Centre CETIC, will develop a massive open online course to build the capacity of the judiciary in the field of AI. The course will be pitched as an introductory course on AI for judicial operators. It will draw from examples of the use of AI in justice from around the world and will engage its participants in a global conversation on the role of artificial intelligence in addressing justice needs and as an important tool for administration of justice, protection of human rights and upholding the rule of law.
