UNESCO will strengthen cooperation with national and regional universities, policymakers, regional organizations, research councils, CSOs, including youth-led organizations and other relevant stakeholders in order to bolster social and scientific cooperation and promote the research-policy-practice nexus in the Caribbean. Actions will be carried out for creating, capturing, analyzing, sharing, brokering and disseminating knowledge; enhancing the policy uptake of research; connecting stakeholders; and bolstering inclusive decision-making in SIDS grounded on human rights.
