Within the framework of the International Campaign for the Establishment of NMEC and the Nubia Museum in Aswan, the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) which was launched as a follow up of the International Campaign to Save the Monuments of Nubia (1960-1980), this project supports the institutional development and human capacity building of the NMEC to assume its full functions as a Cultural Hub in Egypt and beyond. The project has been implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities (MoTA) in Egypt.
