Le présent projet vise à reconstruire et à réhabiliter le patrimoine bâti détruit, notamment les habitations, greniers, lieux de pratiques culturelles traditionnelles et les centres culturels, ainsi qu'à remplacer et relancer la production des objets culturels, et sauvegarder les objets cérémoniaux non-fonctionnels dans une collection mémorielle. Ainsi, ce projet contribuera au renforcement du tissu social, à la cohésion sociale et la paix entre toutes les communautés du Pays-dogon, par la sauvegarde et la reprise des pratiques culturelles de la région.
