La seconde phase du projet 'Sauvegarde du patrimoine culturel immatériel à travers le renforcement des capacités nationales au Maroc, en Mauritanie et en Tunisie' réalisé grâce aux contributions financières des gouvernements norvégien et espagnol vise à : (i) Renforcer le cadre législatif et institutionnel pour la sauvegarde du PCI (Tunisie) ; (ii) Donner de la visibilité aux travaux d'inventaire menés au cours de la Phase 1 (Tunisie, Maroc, Mauritanie) ; (iii) Former les parties prenantes nationales à l'élaboration et l'adoption de plans de sauvegarde du PCI (Tunisie, Maroc, Mauritanie) ; (iv) Sensibiliser à l'importance des liens entre le PCI et le développement durable (Maroc).
