Project ID 2210635032

During 2022 and 2023, the UNESCO Office in Mexico will continue the work it began in the last biennium to implement the Media Development Indicators in Mexico, as well as the work to strengthen Community and Indigenous Media. Currently, the country faces a low level of trust in information and media by society, so it is necessary to restore this trust and continue to support the consolidation of an ecosystem of plural, independent, diverse media that integrate the gender approach and are handled ethically in crisis and emergency situations.
