In Latin America and the Caribbean region, UNESCO developed its operational strategy for learners on the move (2019-2021) a new updated Strategy was recently developed by OREALC/UNESCO Santiago in coordination with UNESCO Offices and Institutes in the region. The new Regional Strategy aims to support the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean in ensuring the right of people on the move to inclusive and equitable quality education with lifelong learning opportunities. This work plan and its activities complement the regional component of the ECW facilitated Multi-Year Resilience Program (MYRP) for the Venezuela Refugee and Migrant Crisis UNESCO Santiago work plan (Fund in Trust (FIT) n°14809: 201RLA1003)
