Cette activité vise a renforcer des capacités dans l'Etat Partie en matiere d'identification, conservation et gestion du patrimoine culturel d'Haiti pour assurer la sauvegarde du patrimoine culturel et naturel face aux menaces croissantes qui pèsent y compris les effets du changement climatique, les catastrophes naturelles, la pression urbaine, les pratiques touristiques non-durables, voire des attaques délibérées contre le patrimoine culturel, ce projet vise a contribuer à la mise en œuvre de la Convention du Patrimoine Mondial de 1972 ainsi qu'à promouvoir la Recommandation sur le paysage urbain historique de 2011.
