Objetivo General de esta propuesta es el de favorecer la participación significativa y efectiva de las personas jóvenes entre 18-29 años, en particular jóvenes mujeres y jóvenes en zonas rurales y en condiciones de vulnerabilidad, en los procesos de toma de decisión locales a favor de la paz a través de: el posicionamiento de las juventudes como sujetos plenos de derechos y activos en la promoción de instancias públicas, fortalecer los liderazgos juveniles locales, fortalecer las organizaciones juveniles y crear mecanismos de diálogo con el Estado a nivel local y nacional.
