This activity will sustain a strategic partnership of about 10 community-led organizations and networks of women, young key populations, including people living with HIV and leading media outlets, celebrities and opinion leaders to catalyse and promote discussions within their communities and larger public to transform harmful social and gender norms, reduce HIV and gender related stigma, discrimination, gender-based violence and inequalities in order to mitigate the risk and impact of HIV, improve access to services and promote safer practices in Kyrgyzstan.
