IPDC projects provide media development opportunities to local and national media players in developing countries so as to strengthen their contribution to achieving international development goals. The Programme seeks to build the capacity of media in developing countries, and most particularly in Less Developed Countries (LDCs), to provide timely and reliable access to information and knowledge on key development issues, such as governance, public services, education, employment, environment or climate change, to mention a few.
