Signed in 2019, the Protocol includes multiple areas of cooperation such as "support to the exchange of information and professional staff between cultural and art institutions, including libraries, museums and those specializing in literature, theater, music, fine arts, dance and other fields (article 1), "encouraging direct contacts between artists and art education institutions of the two countries and support joint productions and training programs for artists and art workers." (article 2).
The Protocol also provides that the both parties exchange music and dance troupes on a reciprocal basis, hold mutual film days, participate in international art festivals, competitions, conferences and other cultural events held in each of the countries (Article 3)
