IICBA Discussion Papers

IICBA Discussion Papers are article-length (5,000 to 8,000 words) pieces of analytical work exploring a particular question. A discussion paper may provide new quantitative or qualitative evidence on a specific question. Case studies as well as literature reviews are also included. Most discussion papers focus on a particular country, but some are regional or multi-country in scope. Most discussion papers are internally reviewed.
