Project ID 507RAF4000

Drawing upon the political engagement of the Moroccan and Tunisian governments towards the 2005 Convention and the past UNESCO interventions in the countries, the overall goal of the proposed project is to develop Morocco's and Tunisia's music sector in order to make it an avenue for new employment and income generation opportunities for young people. The project is to contribute to sustainable development of both countries. Special attention will be given to girls and young women musicians and professionals so as to promote gender equality in the music sector.
