Many teachers in the Caribbean lack basic digital skills; therefore, improving their digital competencies is key to the teaching profession. This project aims to build capacities of teachers, and school leaders on digital skills and blended learning solutions, and establish a community of practice for the exchange and collaboration of teachers on a national, cross-regional and international level. Main activities include: i) training teacher trainers and master teachers to become facilitators and tutors; ii) training teachers on instruction in online environments and 21st century skills; iii) establishing a community of practice; and iv) organizing workshops for policy makers.
