UNESCO Mexico has supported the Ministry of Education in the development of a National Strategy for inclusion in education participating in the technical committee responsible for its development. Our contribution is to strengthen capacities and generate knowledge about the barriers for learning. We have conducted a study identifying the main barriers for learning with recommendations for addressing them. The Ministry will launch the national strategy and we will support with key actions: Publish the study conducted by UNESCO. In addition, we will support a communication campaign to sensitize education communities on the importance of guaranteeing inclusion in schools to reach the goal of leaving no on behind.
