The project will build capacity for earthquake risk management planning in the West and Central Asia, considering the impacts of recent earthquakes occurred in the region. For this purpose a workshop will be held to define the main needs and gaps on DRR and DRM in the region; To identify thematic areas of action and programming support from RCECWA on DRR and DRM; To strengthen partnerships and resource mobilization strategies among member states.
