The project is articulated around 3 interrelated outputs: (i) to empower government officials and civil society organisations in 8 partner countries to engage in policy dialogue and jointly produce evidence required for informed policy making for creativity; (ii) to empower government officials and civil society organisations in 3 partner countries to design gender-transformative measures/action plans for the cultural and creative sectors; (iii) to generate new knowledge on policy trends and challenges for creativity at the global level and to translate it into tools that inform policy making and advocacy by both governmental and non-governmental stakeholders.
