SJO will support the national and sub-regional efforts of cluster Member States in addressing the learning needs of marginalized groups through inclusive policies and practices during emergency situations and beyond, an action that also needs to be connected with efforts related to the integration of the right to education in their legislation and policies in line with international frameworks and commitments.
