This project is aimed at reinforcing national and regional capacities of IOCINDIO Member States using dynamic mode of communications and cooperation with available resources in each relevant national and regional institutions in ocean, atmospheric and climate related sciences and technology. The project will foster a vibrant regional cooperation based on a good knowledge of national and regional facilities towards resources sharing and mutual assistance. The focus on reinforcing Central Indian Ocean Leadership Network for the Regional Framework for Coastal Vulnerability towards the Safety, Security and Sustainable Development of Member States in the Indian Ocean.
