The Fund for the Elimination of Doping in Sport assists States Parties to the International Convention against Doping in Sport develop and implement anti-doping programmes consistent with the Convention. The Fund can finance national and regional anti-doping projects in the areas of: (1) education; (2) policy advice; and (3) capacity development. Initiatives under the Fund particularly aim at increasing compliance with the Convention and narrowing implementation gaps as identified in States Parties' national reports submitted through the Convention's monitoring system.
