1. Comment une boîte à outils est-elle définie?
Une boîte à outils est définie comme une ressource ou un ensemble de ressources aidant les prestataires d’EFTP à autoévaluer et/ou soutenir leur développement en améliorant leur organisation et/ou leur offre d’EFTP et leurs prestations. Les boîtes à outils comportent toute une série d’"outils" allant de listes de contrôle et de ressources de formation à des questionnaires d’évaluation. Ces outils peuvent être présentés dans un format interactif en ligne (comme l’outil SELFIE de l’UE) ou conçus pour que les prestataires les utilisent de façon autonome.
2. Quelles similitudes et quelles différences présentent les boîtes à outils?
Les boîtes à outils diffèrent par leur longueur, leur public cible, leur thème, leurs outils et leur localisation géographique. Certaines boîtes à outils sont spécifiques à un secteur tandis que d’autres sont de nature plus générale et visent divers secteurs dans l’EFTP. Les boîtes à outils sont publiées par des auteurs très divers du monde entier, certaines ont une visée régionale et d’autres une visée mondiale. Toutes les boîtes à outils figurant dans cette base de données ont subi un processus d’examen recourant à des critères liés à leur pertinence, à leur date de publication, à leur utilisabilité et à leur accessibilité.
3. Quels sont les sujets et les thèmes des boîtes à outils?
Le boîtes à outils sont réunies en catégories: région géographique, outils, groupes cibles, domaines thématiques et Objectifs de développement durable (ODD) des Nations Unies, telles qu’elles figurent dans les options de filtrage.
4. À qui ces boîtes à outils sont-elles destinées?
Le groupe cible primaire de chacune des boîtes à outils est constitué par les prestataires et praticiens de l’EFTP. Certaines sont spécifiques d’un parcours d’EFTP donné, de nombreuses boîtes à outils portant par exemple sur les apprentissages. D’autres boîtes à outils sont spécifiques d’une profession, certaines visant par exemple à identifier les nouveaux besoins de compétences dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie-restauration, susceptibles d’être utiles pour les partenaires sur le marché du travail. La base de données comprend des boîtes à outils conçues pour soutenir l’EFTP en l’absence d’une politique d’EFTP forte (par exemple les boîtes à outils créées à l’intention des praticiens dans les pays en développement). Le tableau des boîtes à outils renvoie à une description succincte pour chaque boîte à outils qu’il contient.
5. Que contient une boîte à outils?
Une boîte à outils contient divers matériels. Dans certains exemples, les boîtes à outils sont conçues pour être de nature "diagnostique" – identifier les forces et les faiblesses d’un prestataire d’EFTP et de son offre. D’autres sont conçues pour stimuler la réflexion et préparer des plans d’action. Il existe aussi des exemples de boîtes à outils comprenant des matériels de formation. Les boîtes à outils peuvent contenir un seul outil, comme une autoévaluation, ou de multiples outils, comme des bonnes pratiques, des recommandations et des modèles. On trouve dans la base de données en ligne seize types différents d’outils: évaluations, bonnes pratiques, études de cas, listes de contrôle, cadres, lignes directrices, interviews, ressources en lignes, recommandations, recherches, exemples, enquêtes, modèles, sites web, fiches de travail et programmes d’ateliers.
6. Comment les boîtes à outils ont-elles été sélectionnées?
Les boîtes à outils ont été sélectionnées à l’aide d’une matrice décisionnelle à la suite de la recherche et de la collecte initiales de boîtes à outils pour l’EFTP. Parmi les critères de décision figuraient une évaluation de leur pertinence pour l’EFTP, leur accessibilité en ligne et leur applicabilité aux groupes cibles de l’EFTP. Seules des boîtes à outils créées après 2017 pouvaient être retenues.
7. Comment utiliser cette base de données?
La base de données en ligne de boîtes à outils pour l’EFTP a été conçue pour être intuitive et d’utilisation facile, avec la liste des boîtes à outils figurant sur la page d’accueil, accompagnée d’options de filtrage correspondant aux rubriques de la liste des boîtes à outils et d’une barre de recherche. Pour appliquer un filtre, cliquer sur la flèche de la rubrique et choisir dans la liste parmi les régions géographiques, les outils, les groupes cibles, les domaines thématiques et/ou les ODD. La liste présentera alors les boîtes à outils correspondant aux filtres choisis. La barre de recherche peut elle aussi être utilisée pour trouver des boîtes à outils en saisissant des mots-clés correspondant à vos besoins (inclusion, compétences, assurance qualité, marché du travail, secteur, etc.).
8. Comment utiliser une boîte à outils?
Les institutions et les parties prenantes de l’EFTP sont encouragées à rechercher et utiliser des boîtes à outils appropriées pour contribuer à répondre aux multiples exigences économiques et sociétales en constante mutation. Cette plateforme de boîtes à outils donne aux institutions et parties prenantes de l’EFTP accès à des ressources en ligne pouvant fournir des orientations et guider la transformation des pratiques et processus relevant tant de l’organisation que de la gestion dans divers domaines thématiques. Les boîtes à outils figurant dans cette base de données aident les institutions et parties prenantes de l’EFTP du monde entier à planifier et à se préparer à dispenser une éducation de qualité avec des résultats d’apprentissage améliorés.
