"Open Educational Resources (OER) are learning, teaching and research materials in any format and medium that reside in the public domain or are under copyright that have been released under an open license, that permit no-cost access, re-use, re-purpose, adaptation and redistribution by others."

KlasCement Educational resources

Flemish Department of Education and Training, Ministerie van Onderwijs en Vorming


KlasCement provides free learning resources for all ages and subjects. It is provided by Division Communication of the Flemish Department of Education and Training. The platform connects those involved in education and offers them the possibility of mutual contacts thanks to personal profiles.

KlasCement strives to be the network of reference for teachers/educational professionals, educational institutions and organizations that:

  • search for inspiration and resources for their daily practice and professionalization;
  • share inspiration and resources;
  • also focus on remedial, adaptive, interactive, differentiating, innovative teaching;
  • want to network and strengthen one another.
KlasCement enables the authoring of online educational resources and its distribution to learners.
